So we made it, the last blog of the month, concluding something we started right after the Birthday Blog, and this went on for another 13 days. So about two weeks, quicker than my last in-depth dissection, but less consistent coming out. I've been real tired these past few weeks, and need a break from blogging soon, but every time I say I'm going to take a break like back in August 2012, and August of 2013, I don't really stick to it, but after things that happened this spring (THAT SHALL NEVER BE MENTIONED AGAIN!!!!), I end up taking more of a break than usual, partly because of Depression, but that thing that happened in May helped inspire certain gags in my blogs. Point is when ever I do want to take a break, I don't, but when I don't want a break, I end up not blogging for full weeks. But anyway let's continue and not rant myself out.

Man of Steel review... Does it Live to the hype?

What can be said about Superman that hasn't already been said? He's been the most recognized superhero for the longest time, sure that honor has been given to Batman over the past few years, but still that doesn't excuse the fact that The Man of Steel hasn't been in a universally loved and particularly memorable movie since the 70s, There's no question that the original Superman movie that changed the game forever, No Superman '76, No Batman. No Superman '76, No Spiderman. No Superman '76, No Avengers. With all of that said, Does the Newest Superman movie live up to all the Hype it's gotten, or is it as forgettable as Superman returns?

E3 is about to come to a close, and Yoshiette says she'll be home soon. In the mean time I invented another Yoshiette named Yoshiette 2, With a her hair color like the Vocaloid Megurine Luka, and her outfit like Luigi. Hopefully, she won't be as Crazy as my other Yoshiette who will be renamed Yoshiette 1. What did I think of E3 this year, Find out today. Did Microsoft Finally redeem themselves? Has Sony continued their Playstation Legacy with quality? Can Nintendo return from that rut they've been in as far as consoles for the past year and a half?

NEW PROJECT: Chouriki Sentai Ohranger VS Juukou B-Fighter

 This requires a bit of explaination. Last night, I started a Fanfic Known as Chouriki Sentai Ohranger VS Juukou B-Fighter. Here's a basic summary of what's happening so far...

 

It's been a full year since the Ohrangers beat the Machine Empire Baranoia, but Goro (Oh Red) keeps having dreams about Baranoia returning, When the Day comes that the OhRangers are Needed again, they come across a monster known as Bara Mushi (who has the ability to shrink and beat his opponents so fast that any normal human can't get him before they get him. The next day the female Ohrangers go to a pizza parlor, and find out about Copy King (the last son of the Jamahl). Copy king tells a now adult Buldont Jr. and Bara Mushi about the B-fighters and the Jamahl, Commander Miura tells the Ohrangers about the B-Fighters as well. Copy King creates copies of the male Ohrangers in addition to the copies of the females he made earlier. They fought, until KingRanger joined the fun, he damages Copy King, and 3 lasers are fired and it's Juukou B-Fighter ending Chapter 1.

Toonami, 1 year later...

So this blog might earn me more than a few enemies, but let's provide some introduction. If you grew up any time between 1997 and 2008, you probably remember Toonami in it's first incarnation. For those who don't know the history of it, let me explain, Toonami started out as a simple action block on Cartoon Network, but  evolved into more than just a few bumpers on a standard 4-6 timeslot, It had anime, new cartoons, old cartoons, story arcs, events, contests, and all that went away when someone who will now and forever be named TOM 0 and his abuse of Naruto fillers got the block removed. Was that the main cause of the low ratings in 2007-2008? Maybe, but Let's get real here, Toonami was brought back in April Fool's Day 2012, #BringBackToonami Started, it went on for a couple months, and in May 26th of last year, Toonami returned, but was it worth it? Find out today...

Now onto the blog, OK first off I want to say I over exaggerated the last blog, kind of. I said Nintendo was taking videos down when , they're just content IDing them. Is this still bad for the LP and reviewer community? YES. 1) it cuts their funds for doing free advertising for their games. 2) too many copyright claims and their channel can be pulled.I personally the people who are going to be affected addressed better than I could, so just youtube search Nintendo copyright claims.

Second, rescheduling time. So the next couple of months of blogs is going to have the First part of the E3 blog and my thoughts on the 3 new consoles put together, Kakuranger act 1 is going to be a bigger all of Kakuranger review when GrownUpsInSpandex finishes subbing it, No "5 more producers I like" blog since I couldn't think of good reasons for why I liked the five choices I picked, Iron Man 3 blog's coming eventually (I REALLY WANT TO GET TO IT), Toonami's next, E3 blog will come soon after E3, The "problems with modern anime" blog should come soon (hopefully), and as for the TGWTG year 5 blog, I'm trying to for get about the site at the time.

So, Space Sheriff Gavan the movie is out, and it feels great just to see a new Metal Hero... Well, anything since Toei completely SCREWED UP the Metal Hero Franchise with B-Robo Kabutack, then Tetsuwan Tantei Robotack, then a game on the PS2, and It was a long wait since we got Gokaiger VS. Gavan, and that episode of Go-Busters, now finally this, Was this worth he wait, or should have the Metal Hero Franchise stayed dead.

Looking back at D2Brigade's Demise. Was this foreshadowing for the future of the Reviewaverse?

1 year ago today, the site known as Desudesbrigade.com had it's main team disband, Most members of the reviewaverse didn't notice it or didn't care enough to give a damn, because it's not part of the "Big 3" review sites at the time (ThatGuyWithTheGlasses, RVT (then Reviewtopia), and Reviewers Unknown), at least not directly. But think about it, has this one event really affected the Reviewaverse for the future?

My personal theory on Why Ash Ketchum is still 10, Plus My thoughts on other fan theories.

Well, Mewtwo has a new form, and I couldn't care less for it. Maybe I'm being too harsh on Pokemon X and Y, since after all if you're looking forward to it, You're entitled to that opinion, since after all I've been recently accused of attacking people for Not liking the same things I like (even though the incident this person accused me of happened months ago, not saying he or she's a bad person, just kind of wanted to point that out). My big problem with Pokemon X and Y is because there's too much mystery, as in Nintendo wants to make this the biggest and best Pokemon game to date when it's probably going to be not as good as the old Pokemon games or Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. I'm still going to give the Generation VI games the benefit of the doubt, but anyway, onto the blog.

So, where did I go? Short version is I was Life, that is all. Longer version is I was in a depression (which I might still be in around the time I write this, but not as bad as the end of last month) that I don't really want to get in to to much detail (except it involves people I really love and respect, and them getting mad at me) and I went Silent until I could find a solution. This is the main reason I couldn't make the April Fool's joke I wanted to make. TGWTG Year 5 Wish List and Predictions

Let's start this blog with my thoughts on the new Nostalgia Critic...

AND I... Have none. Basically I don't care for Doug Walker as much as I did in 2009 or 2010. He hasn't put out a particularly great video since 2011, if that. Let me put it this way I'm not watching any of the new NCritic episodes unless they're really interesting. The only way to make it interesting is to review a movie that I remember, or to do a crossover with MarzGurl. But yeah, I'm not watching NCritic right now. Talking about Nostalgia Critic, Again.

This is a follow-up to last week's blog, Read here if you haven't yet. Basically the whole reason I wanted to make this post is because a user by the name of Nagato316 made a comment that brings up points I should consider. Basically in the last blog I talked about Nostalgia Critic returning and why the idea was Ludicrous. This week I elaborate even deeper into why the thing is stupid and respond to the comment for real. So let's do it man!!!

Nostalgia Critic returns... Ugh!!!!

Yeah.... Remember when Doug Walker was worth giving two damns about? Remember when Reviewing a movie from the 80s or 90s was refreshing to all the 800 video game reviewers on Youtube? Remember when Blip was a huge Screw You to Youtube's broken flagging system and rigged partner program? Remember how god the first half of Nostalgia Critic episodes (maybe a little more than that) were? Doesn't that seem like forever ago, instead of just around 5 years ago? Now look at the reviewaverse now, Doug Walker is now desperate to do anything for a quick buck (more on that later), Everyone's reviewing bad, obscure, or old movies (I know, a little hypocritical, but I'm not like every other movie reviewer on the planet, not to mention I'm essentially a nobody), Blip has kind of a screwy flagging system that only a secret gang of flag happy morons know about, Everyone's now a YT partner, and The Reviewaverse 2009 is different from The Reviewaverse 2012.
