I admit, That Ghostbusters Reboot that came out a month ago was pretty mediocre, but how does it's juice drink compare? Well...
Before we begin, a little history.... in 1989, in conjunction with The Real Ghostbusters animated series, a citrus drink featuring Slimer was introduced by Hi-C called Ecto Cooler. it was sort of an orange Tangerine flavor. It remained popular beyond the run of the show, it was renamed without the Ghostbusters name in 1997, as Shoutin' Orange Tangereen. It was discontinued in 2001, but it came back out in honor of the Ghostbusters reboot, it even came in retro packaging. How does it taste? Pretty good, it tastes like non carbonated Mountain Dew, almost like orange juice. Be careful, because they're addictive. it's kind of sweeter than orange juice, I don't know how it compares to the 90s product since I was to young to remember it, but it should get your nostalgia in a knot, They used retro packaging after all... The only thing that could make it better is featuring Slimer on the box. Thumbs up...
If you plan to get it, strike sooner rather than later, because it ain't stayin' on store shelves for much longer, Just saying...
